Martin working on iTunes single
Martin has been busy in his studio lately, upgrading his DAW as well as working on a single for release on the popular digital distribution platform iTunes.
He explains: «Although my old hardware was good enough for 24 bit/48 kHz recording, I decided that my music, with all its rich and full synthesizer sounds, needed to be sampled or recorded at higher audio quality levels. My new single is being created in 24 bit and 96 kHz, and the end result sounds satisfying for me and in line with what I want to convey to the listener.»
The new DAW features an i7 processor from Intel, ready for overclock up to 4 GHz, and 16 GB RAM.
The new single should be ready for release in February.

Emotions EP to be released soon
Martin Tarnley will release an EP titled Emotions some time in the coming weeks. The EP will be a digital download exclusively available from this site, featuring four compositions from Martin’s upcoming album.
The EP will be available in both M4A and MP3 formats. Expect a price of $4. Please note that there will be no automatic shop, all orders placed will be handled via PayPal and processed manually. Shoppers can expect to receive download links via e-mail within 48 hours after order placement.

Album delayed
Martin Tarnley has been forced to postpone work on his new album, effectively delaying its publishing date. No further details are available at this time, and a new ETA of the album is impossible to predict.
Two new songs available at SoundClick.com

Emotions was featured on the Tangerine Dream Fans Zone radio show, and was specially prepared for that occasion. Star Odyssey has been extended with longer parts and new sounds.
